The apartment was great and better than I expected. It even looked better than photos. Very clean and comforting and all utilities were available. Colin was super responsive and helpful.

Overall great experience at this Airbnb. I recommend watching the video for check-in instructions and researching nearby parking garages or purchasing parking pass as prices had increased for local events. Our stay was very clean, accurately described and peaceful however 1 bedroom was missing the blinds which made it difficult to sleep in. We would stay here again! Thank you Colin.

Colin is a very detailed oriented and responsive host. His listing was worth the price and engineered for travelers. Now I must say if you’re arriving late as was I, the details may get a bit annoying, but he goes over and beyond to ensure there’s no issues with the management of the building and your experience. By far the best establishment in Cleveland for the price you’re getting. Personally Colin should be the property manager of the entire building with the way he runs his property. Highly recommend this listing.

Our stay at the loft was absolutely wonderful. The space was not only spacious and comfortable but also thoughtfully baby-proofed, which gave us such peace of mind. It felt like a perfect home away from home. The loft’s cozy atmosphere made relaxing easy, and the location was ideal with plenty of activities and attractions nearby to keep us entertained. Overall, it was a perfect stay that combined comfort, safety, and convenience seamlessly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!

No matter which property managed by Colin you choose, they are all in great locations, very well equipped, and maintained to a high standard. My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at Colin’s property in Cleveland’s historic Halle Building! We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly, which made the trip so much more enjoyable for us and our dogs. There’s a beautiful park just a short five-minute walk away, and honestly, walking the dogs through the city with those breathtaking views was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The views of Lake Erie were absolutely stunning — we loved getting to watch both the sunrise and sunset over the water. It made the entire experience feel peaceful, memorable, and special. Colin was incredibly responsive, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great time and truly enjoyed the experience. We would absolutely love to stay at Colin’s property again soon!

I have to say this is the Perfect Spot when visiting Cleveland!!! It's right in the center of PlayHouse Square! We had tickets for the Guardos easy walking distance to Progressive Field! We needed some groceries it was Heinen's a block away. Great Restaurants and Coffee Shops all around and the gym was Awesome to work off all the food we ate!😄 I have to say my Wife loved the View from the living room, she would get up in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy looking out the window at the beautiful day. So if you like a cool place to stay while in Cleveland, Colin has the Perfect Place!!! Stephen&Marina

I had an amazing stay in Cleveland! The apartment was exactly as described & the location was perfect - close to many restaurants and an easy walk to Huntington Bank Field! Colin was an amazing host! He was attentive and made the entire process from check in to check out easy. I would definitely book again and highly recommend!
