For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ GUEST SCREENING & DAMAGE PROTECTION ★ The Primary Reservation holder must provide a valid Government-issued ID prior to check-in. ★ BUILDING & CONDO SECURITY MEASURES ★ • Minut noise detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. • Surveillance cameras monitor building common areas (never inside the unit). • 24/7 building security. ★ PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We charge a $25 per night, $100 per week, or $300 per month pet cleaning fee (per pet).
