Pool access is also subject to seasonal schedules, weather, and repairs. We’ll do our best to keep it open when possible—thank you for your understanding. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Your health and safety are our top priority. We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after every checkout. ★ PETS ALLOWED ★ We welcome up to 2 well-trained pets! A cleaning fee applies: $25 per night, $100 per week, or $300 per month per pet. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking indoors is not allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning and odor removal fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ Please treat our home as your own and help us keep it in excellent condition for you and future guests.
