For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ GUEST SCREENING & DAMAGE PROTECTION ★ The Primary Reservation holder must provide a valid Government-issued ID prior to check-in. ★ BUILDING & CONDO SECURITY MEASURES ★ • Minut noise detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. • Surveillance cameras monitor building common areas (never inside the unit). • 24/7 building security. ★ PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We charge a $25 per night, $100 per week, or $300 per month pet cleaning fee (per pet). This fee will be charged via Airbnb Resolution Center if not collected at booking. ✔ Maximum of 2 pets, must be well trained. ✔ No aggressive breeds or pit bulls permitted. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home. 🚭 Any evidence of smoking will result in fees for odor removal and furniture cleaning and immediate eviction without refund. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
