Guest Screening & Damage Protection • We partner with a third-party company called Enzo for screening and Reservation Confirmation. • You’ll need to: ○ The Primary Reservation holder must provide a Government ID Building and Condo Security Measures • Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. • Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment) • 24/7 building security -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ADDITIONAL FEE'S: Pet Cleaning Fee (Per Pet) - $45 fee per pet - We will charge pet fee via Airbnb Resolution Center if we were not able to collect this fee from your stay. Any violation of our pet policy may lead to Airbnb cancellation without any refund. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners) • $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval. • $25 for 12PM Late Check-Out, subject to host approval.
